PMY Group implements crowd intelligence platform at Australian Grand Prix
PMY Group deployed its AI-powered Optic platform at the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix to provide real-time visibility into crowd movement and fan behavior. The system aggregates data from CCTV, ticketing, point-of-sale, accreditation systems, and LiDAR sensors to generate live operational dashboards for event staff. During the event, Optic was used to monitor high-traffic areas such as Overpass One, helping operators manage ingress, egress, and overall site flow based on live occupancy and movement patterns.
