Las Vegas Diamond Arena secures final land parcel for NBA-ready project
Developers behind the proposed 21,212-seat Las Vegas Diamond Arena have acquired the final 3.03-acre parcel needed to assemble the full development site, positioning the project as construction-ready. Planned across from Mandalay Bay, the arena proposal also includes a private jet terminal connected by an underground tunnel as it competes to become the future home of an NBA expansion franchise in Las Vegas. Arizona Cardinals unveil plans for $200M training headquarters in north Phoenix
The Arizona Cardinals are planning a new 250,000-square-foot headquarters and training facility on a 30-acre campus in north Phoenix, anchoring a larger 217-acre mixed-use development. Expected to open in 2028, the more than US$200 million project will feature indoor and outdoor practice fields, expanded player amenities, team offices, and sports performance facilities while supporting future retail, residential, and commercial development nearby.
